Equipment Overview: The facility is equipped with pure water manufacturing equipment, heating mixing barrels, mixing barrels, bottle rinsers, water-immersion sterilizers, hot air circulation dryers, ice cream makers, cocoa bean far-infrared roller ovens, cocoa bean husking and wind-selecting machines, stuffing stirrers, ovens, water steam boilers, and other instruments.

This laboratory provides relevant equipment to train students in food processing, functional food development, food industry operation and management.
