Equipment: This classroom is equipped with a centrifuge, spectrophotometers,  pH meters, an oven, a water activity meter, a fat extractor, two ashing furnaces, a determination of crude fiber device, infrared moisture analyzers, thermostatic water baths , a total nitrogen analyzer, and more.

Main Purpose: This classroom offers a space for students to learn the related experiments in food chemistry and food analysis and help them to get food analysis level B and level C licences.
