Equipment Introduction: The facility is equipped with machinery including mixers, steamers, dryers, duck ovens, meat grinders, frozen meat grinders, semi-automatic meat slicers, hydraulic filling machines, fryers, and meat floss machines.
This laboratory provides relevant equipment to cultivate students’ practical skills and knowledge in food processing, Chinese Style Rice Processing, meat product processing, and Taiwanese local specialty products. This classroom is certified as a Grade C national examination site for Chinese Style Rice Processing and meat product processing.
